New Nintendo 3DS XL Louvre

Hello everyone, I bought this and I want to play some games on it. If I remove the microSD card which contains the audio guide the console gives this message: microSD card is not inserted. Can we make it run games and use it as a console?

USA. I'm playing the JAP version with Regionthree for now.

Update your template I can play Pokemon on mine without any issues.
