Hacking Possible?

Is it possible to install cia files, without ANY flashcard? (no Gateway no DS)
I read a post that someone had a working exploit but was not finished with it. (didn't show proof)
Well anyway, if ANY of you guys have a way to install cia files without use of any kind of flashcard,
Please tell me...

The 4.x CFW is severely limited (limited to 4.x CIAs, and some 5.x and 6.x if you're lucky, it depends on each game, and cannot be updated to anything newer) and unstable though. As for if there're more stable and better ones, there are, but none are publicly available right now.
