Alzheimer's can't be definitively diagnosed until after death. The diagnosis is confirmed by the presence of tau proteins in histological sections of brain tissue. So there's no way you can have Alzheimer's because it requires that you have a brain in the first place.

Next thing we know, you'll be telling us you have cervical cancer even though you're a guy.

Oh, I also heard that injecting mercury into your arm will cure autism.
