Hi Everyone,

Since I get a job for month now, I didn't had the time to check if GW team have fixed the sav issue for 128k games ?

What I did was

- Extract my save from original cartridge
- Extract the game from original cartridge
- Put the SD on PC

- Copy the .3ds game on the microsd exfat memory
- rename the .sav generated by the id of the game

Even today with the new FW, it's recognized as corrupted...

And today, there's still no way/tool to convert a 128k save game to 512k ?

Thanks for reply !

Nope, apparently MT can convert from 128KB to 512kb saves when dumping the save, but I'm not sure if.it can.be used without the card....... I kinda assume it might be dumped to the standard SD as you can't have the game and the card in at the same.time, maybe give it a try and see if it works

Since I didn't have the MT Card, can someone restore one of these (or all if you have the game !) savefiles (joined) with the MT Card?

And see post the generated 512k save back here ?

- Zelda Ocarina EUR
- Resident Evil Mercenaries EUR
- Metal Gear Solid 3DS EUR

Many thanks !

I don't think it works like that tbh I think.the conversion only happens when you actually dump.the save with Mt,I dont think they have a input save file out put save file sort of set up, also there is the matter of headers etc, just give the launcher a go and see if it works without having a gateway card, I assume the dumped save would have to be stored to the big Sd if you have a game in the card slot it couldn't really dump to the MT Card Sd unless they make you insert the MT Card after dumping the save.so they can save it.to that instead

I just test the last mt card launcher, launch i with a new SD card
The backup stuff is doing good. I just made successfully backups !
But it's similar to the GW, it's a 128k file

If you are talking about the "save editor" feature, Yeah I can't go in because it's telling me "read card error".
I suppose this it the right moment to insert the MT Card ;)

i used to go out to the recycling center every couple weeks and look at the crts and other electronics people would drop off. Usually screens were broken or severely scratched from being tossed around. Did find a good one here and there, but never anything like a 1080i widescreen crt.

Is it piracy if it was released for free? Not in my opinion, but I also think it's not piracy if buying it isn't owning it, and it's not piracy if you can't buy it from the original creators anymore.
