Hi fellows, i just had a problem updating my R4i firmware (4.0b1) and i lost my bravely default savegame (after some 60h of game...). I can't be bothered to begin all over again and the savegames put at the first page of this thread are too advanced so would anyone have one at the end of 4th or beginning of 5th chapter with regular specs (not level 99 which is quite ridiculous at this point of the game and ending it wouldn't be any challenge...)?
So like i said i'm using a R4i card and the game is eur version and for information i was at the early beginning of the 6th chapter (i had just killed 2 or 3 old bosses and not awakened any crystal) with my characters at level 63 (if i recall).

on filetrip I uploaded a save at each chapter's end. you can pick the one you want.
You picked to best save file in my opinion. Still on chapter 4 and vampire castle not done, you still have things to do.

I leveled up to Lv80 at chapter 4 to beat the vampire castle boss... which was ridiculously strong compared to current chapter's difficulty.
then it was fast to go to lv99 on chapter5, then the rest of the story was boring
Try not to level up too fast, the game is already boring enough after chapter 4.

Hi Cyan, yeah your file was great for me, very similar to my game (except for the village which i hadn't even started). I leveled up a little (70) and went to kill the vampire and i'm now trying the alternative ending in chapter 5. You were a lifesaver man (especially because i had nothing to do at work this week and i really wanted to continue where i had stopped).

Edit: nevermind, I reminded that you just need to beat the first castle in special world to unlock Luigi. aiat_gamer save was just enough for what I wanted...
