Hardware It is worth to have a European 3DS?

I want to buy my brother a 3DS and i found someone Selling his 3DS for only $82 it has no Charger and Games but it is still presentable and has no defect... i dont know if the Mall here are Selling European 3DS Games i only know that they only sell US Games...

It depends on how much more expensive European games are to buy, if they cost a lot more it'll cancel any savings you made by buying the console cheap. You'd need to look at what you'll end up spending on each option and decide based on that.

Another point to note is that the eshop prices for EU 3DS's are much more expensive than the NA and JAP eshop. For some reason Nintendo have forgotten about the exchange rate and round the prices up.
