You are right. Shut up Nintendo and take my money. We're not all pirates. Some people like to support developers.

super mario world had shitty controls on the wii VC
That's the stupidiest thing I ever read. //No it's not. What's stupid is paying one square quadrillion times for the exact same game on different platforms.
1st) It's illegal //Specify where, because that's not universal.
2nd) The 3DS screen resolution is much more appropriated to NES emulation. //I'll give you that one mostly because emulating anything on the DS is a bad idea. I was thinking more along the lines of the almighty emulation beast that is the PSP... or your average smartphone.
3rd) 3DS is a lot more powerful than DS, turning it better to emulation in many aspects. //See above.
never played it on a pro controller :/ .only on an GC controller. What about playing it on a Pro Controller?
Does it still have shitty controlls?

Well, my answer is the same. I'm not talking about playing the game on a PSP, nor on a Smartphone, I'm talking about playing on DS,See above
I've played Fallout 2 yearly for at least 7 years. How many times have you played for the same damn game.
I never payed twice for a game.
Which is not a problem at all, since it was re-released numerous times.Unless you already have a original copy of that game, that's piracy.
Which isn't a problem on the DS if you have a DSTwo which has more than enough power to scale the screen properly. Heck, even standard DS Mode has enough juice to emulate the NES.Well, he said on a DS. And the fact is, if you want to play a NES game on a 3DS you have only two options:
Emulate it through a flashcard or buying it on e-shop if it is avaiable.

because that's what WiiUBricker said.
It'll come out in other regions. I'd be incredibly surprised if this, SMB2, and various other NES releases weren't done and waiting to be trickled out.

With several slowdowns.Which isn't a problem on the DS if you have a DSTwo which has more than enough power to scale the screen properly. Heck, even standard DS Mode has enough juice to emulate the NES.
The NES could be emulated on your average toaster - I've NEVER experienced any slow down on nesDS. Also, you're rude - unless a whole sentence is a typo, I answered your "how many times can you play one game?" question sufficiently. I won't report you... this time. Cool off.You were the one who said DS didn't serve to emulate anything.

Exactly. So by proxy, Super Mario Bros. 3 owners, whatever version they have, have no reasons to be thrilled with this release.I never payed twice for a game.
Well I have yet to buy NES game on 3DS (I just got a 3DS like two days ago), but I do know that on the Wii's VC, they darken the color on NES games to match how it would appear on an actual NES. I've always liked that aspect, hence why I prefer to play the Virtual Console version of Super Mario Bros. (which I legitimately bought) rather than using the Homebrew Channel + shitty FCEUltraGX NES emulator, which has eye-bleeding inaccurate colors. I would not mind playing SMB1 on my 3DS, but sorry Ninty, I'm not gonna buy the game twice.Honestly I would WANT to get this if it were not for the 3DS's NES VC having horrible design choices.
They force you to play with a darkened image with smudgy pixels, can't play it at a proper brightness with sharp display.
WHAAAAAAAAAAAAT???? Thank God you mentioned that, now I'm never buying a NES game on the eShop. Ninty, you may be great sometimes, but some of your decisions are just....blehAnd you can't remap the buttons, unlike the 3D Classic versions. Mario games aren't comfortable playing on B/A on the SNES, DS or 3DS. Why can't I use Y/B?
Where are people reading that it's legal to emulate games if you own the original? Please show me the actual laws involved.
In reality, almost all emulation is illegal unless the original copyright holder allows it, or the original copyrights have expired, putting the item in question into public domain. Rom Hacks for personal use are technically legal under fair use laws (if you wrote the rom hack yourself, made the rom dump yourself, and own all involved hardware yourself).
I'll admit. I use emulators. But I don't try and delude myself into thinking it's legal just because I own the original game. It's convenience, nothing more.
