0) So, apparently Jason Hooft from 3KB lives in my hometown....I've been scouring my city for cheap n3DS XLes to exploit and flip on the market. (I know, I'm a terrible scalper - so what? Some people are terrified of installing A9LH and some people don't have the time.) I recently picked up a bundle including a carry case and a charger from a gentleman on our local classified adverts. I met him at the local subway/tube/metro station and he turned out to be Jason Hooft from 3KB. (I don't watch his stuff, but he mentioned that he was an online reviewer and he was selling off his n3DS XL because he didn't use it anymore.)
He was wearing his JKB shirt, a Zelda hylian shield hat (black with the design in gold/raised decoration), and interestingly, had a Zelda Triforce tattoo on one of his forearms.
I should have kept his system intact, OR got the guy to sign the box OR something. (His mii looked like him!)
He had Shovel Knight, Triforce Heroes and Pokemon Alpha Sapphire (which he didn't even touch, there was the language option in the beginning).
I'm up to downgrading to 2.1 on his 10.7.32 system, but it's a dull process once you do it 10 times.
1) I've picked up a practice lock and lock picks on Amazon. It's amazing how fast a simple padlock can be undone by someone good at it. It took me about half an hour of fiddling for an absolute beginner to pop the padlock open, and now I can even single pin pick the practice padlock without looking at it. (Also, it can be raked stupid easily.)
2) I'm going to get certified in CPR and first aid tomorrow It's an all day class and at the ass end of the city, and I hate traveling that way....requires me to be up at 6:30 am to get there..
3) Still looking for work in my field - recreation and leisure, but I found an advert from a nursing home that requires the CPR training
