I Reached My 2000th Post

So yeah...I found out that I had 2000 posts...My glorious times with GBATemp for the past year...and a half...were fun...sort of, if you skip most of the bad stuff...not that I'm leaving of course, I'm just talking about it because this is an ill thought out post and I'm not really thinking about what to post...

Anyways, supposedly I'm making a skin (not the Nebula one that I'm porting around, a new EZVi one xD). Funny how I started feeling like working on this one...I just happen to have the background image as a wallpaper that I put on my microSD for transferring to home (I was at school I think) and then I wanted to look at it, so of course I used moonshell2. While using moonshell2, I made the size to 50% and I kind of just thought, "this would probably look good as an MS2 wallpaper" and then I put it as my wallpaper. It did look pretty good, except for the icons...which didn't match and that was slightly depressing. Since I liked it, I just left it as my MS2 wallpaper for a while...then suddenly I just felt the urge to make it into a full skin, but since I didn't have many images, I decided to just put it on the EZVi (which has a very spiffy skinning system btw...and a very spiffy skin editor too). And so, I have been working on my sort of awesome skin (I think it is awesome, but I don't think it will be as awesome as Env's Barbed Dream skin....that one is just pure awesome) which I have totally not even said what the subject was...btw the subject is Nagato Yuki to satisfy my newfound Nagato-fan...-iness...So, here is the background image that got me started on it:

...oh and its a MS2 wallpaper, so if you want to use it, just set MS2 to account for the space inbetween the screens and then press start when viewing it.

Anyhow, now onto the topic of why I dislike some governments...or at least, their postal system. So Env placed in one of the top five with his theme for the EZVi skinning competition held oh so long ago...but he couldn't receive his prize because some jerks had to make money off of a gift that was SUPPOSED to be FREE OF CHARGE...it would have cost him $29 to receive. Now he is still sort of profitable, seeing as an EZVi and 3in1 together is about $40...but that is besides the point because the prize was SUPPOSED to be FREE. It kind of defeats the purpose of winning a FREE PRIZE if you have to PAY to receive it. Anyways, if any of you people have had that happen to you or you sympathize with Env's situation, join me in holding a festering hate for certain country's government/postal system...and maybe if someone could use the powers of 4chan to ruin them, that would be great too.

So now onto something else...I totally realize that I fail at making reviews, tutorials, and all other forms of teaching or enlightening others for informative purposes. Despite that fact, I'm still making Moonshell2 tutorials (which will obviously come in lots of multiple parts because I fail that much on reviews/tutorials) that are pretty much to explain what I believe to be dead easy to understand...at least most of it is...some of the more file specific stuff I have no idea about (like pcm files since I think there may be some options for them...I know what pcm files are though...at least the audio ones). In any case, my main goal is to quickly finish my wondrously vile tutorials and submit them to that one guy who is supposedly sponsored by Shoptemp for a DSTWO...I'm not exactly sure WHAT I would do with a DSTWO, since I don't really pirate ROMs for the most part (I don't dump my own...I'm too lazy, so I find those online...which is apparently illegal by the way so I don't advise you do that...if you do I'll set the cyber police on you or something xD)....though I do feel the urge to download The Melancholy of Suzumiya Haruhi stuff...and other anime...and manga...but anyways, it would be kind of fun if I had a DSTWO...or an iSmart Premium...since I've always wanted to try fiddling with an SDK...though its more because they have pretty nifty GUI's that are skinnable...I admit there isn't much difference between their UIs and the UIs of the flashcarts I already have...but theirs are just more spiffy (so I'm a bit of a skinning nut...you people should have realized this sort of thing sooner anyways...one of the main reasons I like moonshell2 btw...besides the fact that it rocks and just about owns all other homebrew).

While I'm on the thought, everyone should try out Xenon++'s stuff. He is a really awesome coder and makes some really spiffy stuff...he even made WoodR4 sort of work on some R4 clones...like really, apart from the fact that I could care less about R4 clones...well P5 clones I guess...I do admit that Xenon++ is pretty pro (not like anyone else could do it)...Also his Xenofile is awesome. It can do strange things that I have never seen ANY DS homebrew do...some of them I don't use since I don't have a good use for them, but it's extremely awesome...also, if you have an EZVi, he used a different method to go around some of the homebrew loading problems that the EZVi has (so it gets back some of its homebrew compatibility). It's able to swap microSD's too, so you can have a microSD with only one homebrew and tons of files (like maybe an entire mSD dedicated to music and a moonshell2) and you can load moonshell2 without having a kernel on the mSD (which is pretty useful for certain kernels...ie DSTWO with 40+mb...). The only downside is that you probably can't transfer files between microSD's (this is just from my random knowledge, because afterall the DS doesn't exactly have the largest amount of internal space to store stuff onto).

Anyways, I think I should just about wrap this up, since I need to study for organic chemistry apparently...btw if someone has a great tutorial for that (video tutorial is preferred since I can do less meaningful tasks like work on my theme while listening to it), it would be great if you could give me them because I feel like I'm not understanding anything (disregard the fact that I sleep in the class), though my first test says otherwise (somehow I winged an 89% without knowing what I was doing).

So, I guess that concludes my random useless blog celebrating my 2000th post while spamming useless information to people because they fail to do what I apparently exceed in (which is use google search). Hope you all have a nice morning/day/noontime/afternoon/evening/night/twilight/13th hour/etc....and make sure you join me in the festering anger thing.

Funnily enough, I don't feel like I can come up with a good argument to refute that.
