I have always known

You hide behind a curtain thinking i wont know
but i know for certain even if you dont show
the things that you say the way that you hide
dont need fancy tricks all i need are my eyes
it makes me feel better to know that you try
even tho you're mean i know that you're just shy
you check me out and pretend you dont miss
the person you once loved and enjoyed to kiss
still its your decision to choose how you act
the longer you wait makes it harder to come back
did i make this poem up or am i speaking to you
if you're reading this then you have to choose
to do what your heart wants and swallow your pride
or stop with the games and just accept its goodbye
