Lego Star Wars III - Sequel
Pilot Wings: Resort - Basically a remake of the airplane mode in Wii Sports Resort.
Nintendogs+Cats - A remake/sequel of Nintendogs.
Steel Diver - Probably the most original. But there was a tech demo of it on the DS...
Ghost Recon Shadow - I can't say.

Port - Depends on your definition of a port. Most would consider it a handheld release of a multiplatform game.

Lost levels was the sequel and it was awesome.
