Ishihara has been re-elected

I'm just here to tell you that Ishihara is back in office and he will be enforcing bill 156 to it's highest level, you should enjoy your anime/manga/video games while they last since they most likely will face a ban or be put out of reach if it is one of the lucky few (OVAs for example) that can't be banned.

It's a bloomin' tragedy made worse by his enjoyment of the earthquake, tsunami, and radiation.

Read what's actually getting banned. It goes above and beyond hindering "pervs". But, you wouldn't know that because you never actually READ what is being banned, you just wanted to be the big bad kid who has a different opinion from the general flow of the thread.

ratings systems are needed otherwise extremely violent anime and explicit porn can be sold to children dressed up as a cartoon
and as i said if that pokemon ep was set up for pervs it should be banned from children and edited or released as R rated in the adult section

Heres what the bill said that passed

Any manga, animation, or pictures (but not including real life pictures or footage) that features either sexual or pseudo sexual acts that would be illegal in real life, or sexual or pseudo sexual acts between close relatives whose marriage would be illegal*, where such depictions and / or presentations unjustifiably glorify or exaggerate the activity.

Any sexually arousing posing on the behalf of children under the age of 13 wholly or partially naked, or wearing swimwear or only underwear, published in books or featured in film, must take into account of how the child’s mind and body may be harmed by becoming the object of sexual desire, and therefore parental guardians must exercise parental responsibilities to prevent and educate minors from becoming featured in such work or child pornography.

That's only part of the bill and the amended bill includes violence not just sex so that must be from the original unmodified bill.

    Eventhough the New 3DS XL is more powerful, I still feel like the DS Lite was a more polished system. It's a real shame that it never got an XL variant keeping the GBA slot.
