We had considered this project dead and buried for a long time now, but here comes out of nowhere an english patch 99% complete (if it reflects reality).
You waited for a user to request it, to release this patch; how come? :unsure:

Note: I just did a quick test and notice that you didn't include many apostrophes (I have shown an example in the photo); is this an oversight or do you want to leave it that way?
Also, the texts during battles are not translated.

I've always been curious. What program did you use to edit the text?

I wouldn't mind doing the battle text, and maybe see if I can't do few grammar edits here and there.

Same thing with a few people here; made an account just because of this thread. I'm soooo happy that this is a thing; hopefully the DS translations also reach good enough competency.

    Agreed, that why I try to buy all my games on disc, Xbox anyways. Switch games (which I pirate tbh) don't matter much, I stay offline 24/7 anyways.

    @BakerMan - you can still "own" digital media, arguably easier and better than physical since you can make copies and backups, as much as you like.

    The issue is DRM

    You can buy drm free games / music / ebooks, and if you keep backups of your data (like documents and family photos etc), then you shouldn't lose the game. but with a disk, your toddler could put it in the toaster and there goes your $60

    i like physical media because it actually feels like you own it. thats why i plan on burning music to cds
