Hacking XCI currupted, Error 2168-0002 CFW 6.2

I've upgraded to firmware 6.2 and I can not install an XCI successfully. N1dus just says "error processing file" after extraction. ZeroTwoXCI will install, but when I try to start the game it says the data is corrupted. I got the the keys using LockPick. I've tried both Atmosphere and Reix

I'm using
n1dus 0.7
tinfoil 0.2.1
ZeroTwoXCI 0.1.0
Lockpick 1.0
Kosmos 1.1.0

Does anyone have any ideas?

I updated Kosmos through the updater, and installed an xci with n1dus.
