Hacking Will Nintendo's legal action cause Team Xecuter to stop supporting SX OS?

Most of us will agree that Team Xecuter is a very profit-motivated group. Nintendo has been crippling them by taking aggressive legal action against their resellers. This leads me to believe that SX OS may become unprofitable. In this situation Team Xecuter might stop supporting it. They might decide to keep supporting it for a while to improve their reputation.

Resellers are getting either blocked or taken down. Anyone caught with a modchip is being issued C&D. And they have also arrested key members of TX. Have you been living under a rock?

That's not entirely true. SXOS was updated after Max an Gary were arrested and recently the SX Gear's boot.dat was updated to support Marikos with an SX Core. Afaik people with chips aren't getting C&Ds, only resellers. If users were getting C&Ds over having cores I doubt SciresM would admit to having one.

I never said SX OS was not getting anymore updates. I was merely explaining the situation. And just to be extra clear, I wasn't implying TX have given up on updating their CFW either.
