Hardware WiinUSoft won't work

I'm wanting to connect my Wii U pro Controller to my PC, while my Bluetooth settings connect the controller to my computer. I can't get WiinUSoft to connect it, it only appears as Wiimote Icon with the words "Unknown" any attempt to Auto Connect it gives me this error

I'm on Windows 8, I've applied HotFix 2b

try the other hotfixs im using hotfix 2 on windows 10 perfect
