Since Youtube was shut down on a Wii U this October, is there working homebrew version of the app?

Yes > Put wps file in wiiu/environments/aroma/plugins on your SD card

There was already aroma folder on my SD card.
When I am trying to access EnvironmentLoader from Health and Safety is says "Don't run the EnvironmentLoader twice"
Is there more specific step by step guide for noobs?

Yes. That means it works with tiramisu.

No, an .elf file can be anything. It needs to be a specific .elf file for the HBL to work with Tiramisu.
The .elf when building plugins, is just a temporary file before creating the .wps file.

Do you have NUSspli? You can download it form there. You probably can download it from USB Helper too.

I tested with Wii U USB Helper, and it shows both versions of YouTube, but only one will actually download, which I think is the older outdated one that stopped working long ago.
