JNUSTool can continue stopped downloads eg: if files missing or corrupt.

Is Jnus only for updates? because im only seeing updates on this, Do i have to open a command window just like with nusgrabber?

i downloaded yoshi with nus grabber and it took a fucking year

also splatoon finally got downloaded time to install

took it with Jnus, stayed @ 250MBps, took like 2-5minutes x)

Even when you install an entire game the eShop still doesn't see it as purchased...

This doesn't appear to work like the 3DS ticket system in that respect...

thats because we take Discs certifications, so the console think its a retail game from disc.

Check the log
Do you use GUI ? If yes change settings to see logs : untick 'Hide...' and check the used tab : full game not update

Well its not slow, i get 4.5 mo/s with it, it takes like 20minutes to get 6gb, but with Jnus now its fully stable, it just took me something like 14minutes to download xenoblade Chronicles X, i was at 250MBPS all the download.
