Hardware Wii Motion Plus Controller Wont Work in CFG Loader

I have system menu 4.1 with the cfg loader so I can play my game ISO's through the external drive. Yesterday I purchased a new Wii Remote Plus(WIth Wii motion plus inside of it) and today I synced it to my Wii(It shows up as #2) but when I try playing a game through cfg loader the Wii Motion Plus controll does NOT work..doesn't even show up..the only one that works is the #1 remote(The white one that came with the wii console) so I cant figure out what the heck is going on and how I can fix it so that the Wii motion Plus controller will work on the cfg loader so I can use it..

I have not updated the homebrew channel in like, ever..should I try doing that first? I have the Pink Wii Motion Plus controller dont know if that makes any difference?
How do I update the cfg loader..I have Wi Fi so I can do it that way to make things easier

you need versions compiled with a current version of the wii-libs. vgbax crashed on me because of my golden zelda wiimote, now it works.
