Hacking Wich flashcart should I buy?

I'm thinking about buying a flashcart, but I Don't know which one to buy. I'm looking for one that can run DS backups and video files. Which is the best for only these two purposes? My o3DS is on B9S on 11.5, I just want an easy way to watch video files and play original Ds game without switching the cartridge every second. Any ideas?

Video files? Why you want that?
any r4i gold will be good.

Watching videos on R4 or 3DS is pointless,because you have to convert them,i don't have much info about running videos from DS cart.
