sysnand where on the sd card exactly?
Section IV - CTRNAND Luma3DS
  1. Reboot holding (Start) during boot to launch the Luma3DS chainloader menu
  2. Launch GodMode9 by pressing (A)
  3. Navigate to SDCARD
  4. Press (Y) on arm9loaderhax.bin to copy it
  5. Press (B) to return to the main menu
  6. Navigate to SYSNAND CTRNAND
  7. Press (Y) to paste arm9loaderhax.bin
  8. Select “Copy path(s)”
    • Overwrite any existing arm9loaderhax.bin if prompted
  9. Press (A) to unlock SysNAND (lvl1) writing, then input the key combo given
  10. Press (B) to return to the main menu
  11. Hold (R) and press (B) at the same time to eject your SD card
  12. Remove your SD card from your device
  13. Press (Start) to reboot your device with your SD card removed
    • Booting your device at least once with your SD card removed will allow you to configure the CTRNAND based Luma3DS installation
  14. Use the (A) button and the D-Pad to turn on the following:
    • “Show NAND or user string in System Settings”
  15. Reinsert your SD card into your device
  16. Press (Start) to save and reboot
right from the 3ds.guide, just follow that

Uhhhhm just explain if there is a HANS alternative in CIA version fo Pokemon moon that must have the Exefs CRO and ROmfs stuff in it so i can play the darn randomizer

You can easily play randomized Moon if you read what pixelmasher wrote above your post. Don't use HANS anymore. It's not worth it.

Also yes, I would re-install it if I were you. You should also hold "X" when booting the .CIA so the app downloads the correct payload itself, yes even if you have one. Not to mention, payloads for homebrew no longer go on the root (it can still find it there) but it now creates a "hblauncherloader" folder on the root of your SD where your payloads should be stored. I had the same problem and this fixed it, I'm on 11.3 as well with a N3DS.

I figured that out when i did the CFW stuffs (A day or 2 after the realse of the UDSPLOIT)

Now ive read it but i still have NOOO idea on how to install it and how to set it up with the ExeFS an Possible CRO For my pokemon moon randomizer
