Gaming Why do l get this Error#004 an error has occurred. The system files are corrupted

Have this problem on old-school Wii , was trying to putnput channels/help check channels on SD CARD and system menu and keep getting this error, any ideas, comments would be appreciated

Delete the folder E:\private\wii\title\aktn
