I've got BT infinity. Promised maximum 38 mbps but get around this maximum on wireless connection.

If you look in the fine print, you'll notice that they specifically state that "real speeds" are not the same as advertised speeds. This is due to the crappy telephone exchanges and telecom pipelines in place, as well as the customer density of your area. More people means slower speeds.

Yesterday I would only get 10Mb, so I'm fairly happy atm
