Yesterday I tried many different ways to convert 3ds files to cia, but none of them worked....

So I was wondering, do you guys know what's the most efficent way to convert 3ds files to CIA?

Yesterday I tried both of those actually, but they didn't worker, and for simple cia converter, once I started the conversion if I even clicked the program one time to move the window, it would stop working

Oh, you probably downloaded those 3DS roms that have their encryption flag set to the wrong value. Those are basically bad rom dumps due to a teensy mistake from the early days of 3ds piracy. See Sobriquet's instructions in how to deal with this.

Still works fine not my fault when b9s came out it was at the point 3ds games basically stopped production and you could patch games without decrypting them in luma.

So i have t actually done it in awhile lol
