Hacking What is the second loading part for when loading to NOR?

When loading a ROM to NOR, when it reaches near 256, it starts loading again but by 1 mb at a time.
What is it loading during that part?

Ah.
Man is it really slow, but I do like that once it's loaded, it's always there until you write again, so it has an downside and upside I suppose.

Maybe I should start splitting my Emulator files into 16MB.
