Kirby: Canvas Curse is my favourite of the system. DS seems to be developed for this game.

Both Fire Emblem games (Shadow Dragon has an official English version; Heroes of Light and Shadow doesn't but there's a complete fan translation)
Super Mario 64 DS
Pokémon Platinum, HGSS, BW/BW2
Animal Crossing Wild World
Zelda Phantom Hourglass and Spirit Tracks
Radiant Historia (there's an enhanced remake on 3DS though)
