Does a WBFS tool for PC exist which can extract an ISO from the hard disk without padding it to 4.37GB? I wanted to make some ISOs for my FlatMii, and even for convenience sake when ripping to save space, which are only the game data - since the ISOs on the USB HDD are already trimmed, it would just mean finding the offset where the empty content starts (can be seen even in WiiScrubber) and just deleting all the data from that point on..?

I know this one does it: http://www.gbatemp.net/index.php?showtopic=148613

When you plug your HDD in, click "Extract CISO" instead of "Extract ISO"

Do you know if it's safe to delete ISOs with the wbfs.exe from uLoader? I know that the older ones mess up the first 32KB of the following game in the file table.. Was it fixed for newer EXEs?
