Hardware Vita charging issues

Ok let me explain my issue the best I can.

I have two Fat Vita's, I use a 3G model to play and a WiFi model as spare unit, I've installed Ensö on the 3G version and it runs great, no issues at all. Until charging the battery is needed.

I have also, two original Sony chargers (those black thingies with Sony branded logo on one side and on one cable end), so whichever I use to charge my 3G Vita, it just doesn't work; when connected, orange light flashes for some time (a minute or so) and then turns off, on the WiFi Vita it works without issues. The 3G Vita charges fine when connected (while turned off) on a USB port of my netbook, but of course it takes longer to fully charge.

Does somebody else has a similar issue or can explain why would this be happening?

Since the charger work for the Wifi version, the problem might be that the board doesn't recognize the charger when the charger is plug in, probably the charging port is partially faulty since it charge through USB.
