3. The image is not corrupted. I tried it with Dolphin Emulator - loads and works fine. Also, I tried a few different images with NTSC or PAL - the result was always the same
4. I tried the image with WiiFlow Lite - I'm just returned to the Home screen while loading the game
5. I also tried to switch to different iOS versions, forcing the video mode - didn't help
6. The setting in Priiloader is changed to RegionFree
I was searching through different forums, but haven't found any posts with the same problem
Maybe someone has a clue about what is causing this

As far as my knowledge goes, the console seems to be hacked properly.

I'm not sure if Super Mario Galaxy needs a "Fix IOS222 patch" but it might be possible.

Other reason could be a bad dump/copy (because you obtained legally your SMG game, right?)

Another reason, perhaps your Drive/USB is failing.

Another reason: You're usung USB Loader GX (seriously why nobody uses CFG instead?)

Try updating USB Loader GX, try another legally obtained SMG dump, try another Drive/USB, try CFG instead.

Although, given the syscheck, it seems it was hacked a la old school + d2x which to me, sounds like shouldn't have any problems with USB Loader.

Thanks for response
1. SMG doesn't have the "Fix IOS222 Patch" option. According to the information found, it's for SMG2
2. Not sure about bad dump/copy. As I mentioned, I tried a few different ROMs with the same result. Though they work fine with Dolphin Emulator.
3. As for USB Loader GX usage - I tried CFG USB Loader as well as WiiFlow. USB Loader GX is updated to the latest version available (that I was able to find). For other loaders - will need to check
4. For USB/Drive fail - I suppose that it would fail other games as well if there was some problem with it specifically. But will need to recheck that, just in case
Anyway, it seems like it's a somewhat specific case, that is happening to me. As I didn't find any information about this
Will try other ROMs and different USB drive

The problem is solved.
I changed USB drive and formatted it to FAT32 (previous was NTFS)
Not sure if it was about USB drive or drive file system, but the game launched and playable at last

Nobody cares about your dolphin emulator and whether it works or not.
There are checksums for images (and WBFSes) and there are programs for checking it.
I just gave information that used the Dolphin emulator to check the image work. And this is based on other posts from this forum and Reddit forums as well. Where everyone suggested checking the image for work in the emulator.
So, I don't ask to care about it or now. You can always tell me what should be done, without caring
