I have access to two Wii consoles. Both are using USB Loader GX rev 1226 and DM 2.10. One console can load Gamecube games fine but my other console is not able to load any. The DM splash screen is displayed with a green 'glitch' line and will freeze instantly or load the game and will freeze at the title screen.

I've tried to reinstall DM 2.10 but the problem still persists.

Both are the same model? both have the GC ports on top?

You have BC v2, you need BC v6.
You can find it with NUSD, Modmii, on any recent Wii games (using wiiscrubber or wiixplorer to extract the wad).
