Gaming Unsign PKG's

Hi all, i recently found a ps3 test system, it's perfect to play my old ps2 discs and other region discs. But i also want to play a few store bought ps3 games. The ps3 test system can't install signed pkg's, so I was wondering if it is possible to unsign my pkg's so i can run them on my ps3?

Just install rebug? While it is possible to resign games for debug its far better IMHO to just install CFW on it and be done with it.

Thanks fate6 for your lightning fast reply! The custom PS3 possibilities are very new for me so i will certainly check out how i can install cfw

EZ actually, debug units can up or downgrade at will so you can just run the official 3.55 downgrade from SCE then install Rebug D-REX CFW.
after that it will behave just like a retail would sept you can actually turn off the HDCP on a real kit but thats about it.

Im not sure if I can link the downgrader but check the psdevwiki.
