Hacking Unbrick n3ds w/ ntrboothax?

I've accidently bricked my n3ds while I was deleting b9s from my n3ds without changing my region back to original one,
can I unbrick my 3ds using ntrboothax method w/ flashcard?

Yes. That can be fixed trivially with an ntrboot cart. You'll need a flashcart that's already prepared for ntrboot or another (3)DS to flash one that isn't.
