Unable to convert JB games to ISO with PS3 ISO TOOLS

For some reason, PS3 ISO TOOLS isn't working. It says it converted the folder format game to ISO but there's no ISO on the folder I set for it to be created. I've tried other games and I also have this issue.

EDIT: I redownloaded PS3 ISO TOOLS and now it's working.
