The developer ryanrocks462 managed to create a .tik for the game, so now he can decrypt and play it.

Yeah, just saw a lot of stuff on Imgur of several people who got it today. No public dump exists AFAIK.
He probably just got his copy early and is going to stream it today to look like a cool guy.
