ROM Hack Trauma Center Under the Knife 2 D-Pad Hack

So some background, Trauma Center UTK2 is a surgery simulator for the NDS. Something that's always bothered me about the game though is that it requires you to tap icons to switch between tools. The wii version of the game has the more intuitive solution of letting you switch between tools using the analog stick or D-Pad. This patch reproduces the D-Pad controls from the wii version.
New Control Bindings:

• Up: Antibiotic Gel
• Up-Right: Syringe
• Right: Sutures
• Down-Right: Drain
• Down: Laser
• Down-Left: Ultrasound
• Left: Scalpel
• Up-Left: Forceps

This is great an all, since I started playing Trauma Center
yesterday, but sadly I'm a lefty. It would be awesome
to mirror the controls to the buttons, too.
