Hardware Transferring files from Wii to Wii

I have a Wii that's not working and a new one. I could've sworn I saw an option to transfer from system to system (or maybe I'm mistaking it for the DS transfer). Is there a way to copy files from one to the other via USB somehow?

the wii sysmenu can only copy (some) savegames

other savegame managers can copy more

I would not bother with the rest
even if you can copy channels (with wadmanagers)
or go as far as moving everything (!) (nand transfer)
