ROM Hack The Legend of Zelda parallel worlds

So this snes Rom hack came out a few years back and is awesome to play.

However it's not very portable so I was wondering if the Legend of Zeldaba link to the past on the gba could be patched with this hack?.

Well if you want to make it portable, then look into a 3DS or a PSP/PSVita
I don't think you would be able to patch the rom normally, unless you have full ROM Flashing hardware/software

Re explained: The only way you would be able to play this on a gba is to dump the ROM, patch the ROM with IPS/UPS patcher, and flash the ROM to the cartridge.

Well, that certainly is something i don't know. lol
I thought it was a GBA ROM hack.

If that is the case, then the short answer is no. A 3DS, DStwo or PSP/PSVita is your best option for portability.
