Hacking System Transfer off EmuNAND - Will SysNAND Stay Linked?

Planning on helping a friend hack their own 3DS, but they don't already have an exploitable DSiWare game.

Right now my tentative plan is to make an EmuNAND, (tiny)format it, make a new ID on it to buy a small game and transfer that.
However, I recall hearing a System Transfer transfers all IDs ever used on that system, and an EmuNAND is still my system.

Does anyone know what would happen if I were to do this, and if it does transfer my real ID is there any workaround to make it not do so?

All NNIDs linked to that system, SysNAND or EmuNAND doesn't matter, will be transferred to the other system, there is no workaround for this afaik.
