Hardware Swopping New 3DSXL UK Board with US Board Help

Hi guys

I have a damaged UK N3DSXL board that i need to replace, but unfortunately i cant source a UK (PAL) Board. I can only source a US version

I am not too phased about the region locking

So the question is can i do a direct swop. MB UK with MB US and it will work

Or do i need to change more components
