All devs gotta do is build a homebrew app which can do this automatically, then we have a backup loader. Regretting your preorders now?
You're just a noob, not a pirate. Saves works by the way. And as usual it's a proof of conceptNot at all. First off you'll have to remember what game is which cause it doesn't change the game icon. Also this method doesn't seem to work 100% of the time plus you cant even save the gamr and I'll also have to connect to the computer everyone I reboot instead of having a nice pocket size device to send a payload, sx os can do a lot more than run backups. Are you upset because they are charging $40 (less than one retail game) for their hard work and you can steal games right now? Pathetic.
Uhhhhhhh....
1. Saves work fine.
2. What errors? I dont see anyone complaining.
3. You can get banned for SXOS stuff aswell, which is why they even tell you not to go online if you dont wanna risk a ban. lmao
It' a POC that was release hours ago... wether TX OS shills like it or not, someone else beat them at having the first public back up loader.
Is TX OS more elegant and functional? It better fucking be for a paid product.
Is this proof of concept ugly, buggy but functional? Yea, but this ugly duckling can turn into a free beautiful swan with some TLC
Maybe everyone's trying on lower firmware instead of 5.1?All the failed attempt of people in this thread are logged as errors.
For me, until I can put a bunch of ROMS on my SD card, download the updates(and in some cases the rest of the game) off Nintendo's servers and play them, I'll stick with TX for now. I'm glad strides are being made, but I just want something simple that works. This looks like a lot of work, especially when you need to download the rest of the game in cases like L.A. Noire and DOOM.
True pirates never spend money on useless alternatives. It's no coincidence that this backup loading method released today. If you want to blow your money on something that was made for 5 bucks at a Chinese factory, then be my guest. I'll enjoy my free backups. Whilst you can enjoy your paid one.
You’re correct, we should all bow down to you and rape ourselves to death for spending £40 on something useful. What a load of bollocks. It’s a choice people made to buy TX, I bought it because it’s a quick and easy way to load backups. We all knew that something would release today because well devs like to try and improve their e-peen. It’s just like og Xbox, I have softmod box and an Xecuter 3 modded box, so hey maybe I’ll use both soft and hard mods on Switch too, but I DO NOT regret spending £40 at all.
Wouldn't you also have to download for TX?
Don't lie to yourself, people like you bought this expensive piece of junk because you can't wait any longer. Well now its come to bite you in the ass, but you can't feel it because TX has made you all docile. You’re correct, we should all bow down to you and rape ourselves to death for spending £40 on something useful. I don't think you got the point.
To play one game on here, you have to spoof an existing eshop game. You will not be able to download the rest of the game from Nintendo's servers that way. With TX, it acts as its own game(ala a SKY3DS or an ODE like the WODE) and therefore allows you to download any updates and or the rest of the data from Nintendo's servers. Also, with TX you can keep more than one ROM at a time and switch between them ala Gateway or WODE. So, for me, it's easier to use TX until either a backup loader is released that can act as a cartridge or something like MemeMenu that can install the actual eShop dumps.
Same problem"[!] The software was closed because an error occurred"
Uuuuuh.
At least I'm getting somewhere now.

I congratulate TX on being able to fool those into thinking they are the only way to play pirated games. They must've made a nice chunk off you sheep.
June 15th surely is a great day for switch hacking.
