StoCTastic, a WIP Python 3 rewrite of Eternal Nightmare a Chrono Trigger randomizer

Sorry if this is the wrong Forum to post this, but for the last few days, I've been working on a rewrite of abyssonym's Eternal Nightmare randomizer. It's still a work in progress, but once the code is 100% complaint with Python 3.7, I will start making changes that will improve the randomization.
