SteamWorld Dig 2 PC Release Date Announced

Capture.JPG

While the release date of the new entry in the SteamWorld series for PS4, PSVita and Nintendo Switch was revealed previously, the date it lands on PC wasn't known, until now. This September 22, dig your way through the platform mining adventure game forged in Metroidvania flames on a PC near you!

In SteamWorld Dig 2, you step into the boots of Dorothy, a steambot once robbed of her dear friend – now driven by the hunger for answers.

Dig your way underground and explore vivid worlds riddled with treasure, secrets and traps. Combat dangerous enemies at every turn of the underworld's twisted paths, including shadowy creatures and the haunted remains of an ancient electrical threat. Upgrade your gear to forge deeper into the earth and take on bigger challenges. Swing across large chasms with your Hookshot and fly through caves with the Jet Engine! And finally, learn the truth about your long lost friend...

SteamWorld Dig 2 is coming to PlayStation 4 and Vita later this month on September 26 in America and on September 27 in Europe and the game premieres on Nintendo Switch in America and Europe on September 21.

The first one was short but fantastic, absolutely great pacing throughout, I'd say best ever. Gonna get this on PC, not a fan of that type of animation technique, but I'll enjoy it none the less.

I remember the Nintendo Direct: "Exclusive, first on switch."
This is probably the shortest timed exclusive of all time.

It's not the movies or games downloads that I would worry about, like breaking into networks, downloading encrypted things, spying on network traffic. I have seen so many "Top Secret" seals on files when I was a kid
