ROM Hack Soundhax not working after downloading a hack

Hello everyone, recently I downloaded a Fire Emblem hack for my 3DS and I followed a tutorial video on Youtube for how to do it. I followed all directions specified in the video and when I finished, I tried to access Homebrew but 3DS Sound did not load the files below on the bottom screen and there was no "Please Wait..." notification alerted neither. The custom theme for my 3DS loads on the start screen fortunately but I'm really scared I fucked something up. My 3DS is a (Old) 3DS XL on 11.3

I removed the file I modified to my 3DS to see if it would work then, but nothing changed.
Please help, I'm not sure what I did wrong!!

First things first, what Fire Emblem hack was this? Also, Old 3ds XL on 11.3 Huh? I'm pretty sure that's supported... I need a little more information, if you will.

Ok, do you have CFW installed?
