Snes roms injectected to .cia don't seem to work on 11.15. 0-47 cfw

And tried Shadowrun on TwilightMenu and it runs poorly and cropped.
Any Idea on injecting roms on the official 3ds snes emulator that worked well on the latest firmware? 11.15. 0-47
