Because I couldn't help but smirk at the gangs of iPad users sitting browsing at the same time and simply not having any richer a net experience as me with their non flash capability !

nowhere did he mention his was better, just that theirs wasn't any richer.
i'm not sure why he chose to mention that the ipad had no flash support (by default, that is - as mentioned there is frash and skyfire...) but he didn't say or imply that his 3ds did have flash
