Hardware Smart to buy a Eu N3DS

So I eventually plan to buy a Eu N3ds (non xl, whole reason I'm importing) and wondering what my options are and prices, I already have a GW and I know I need to buy Cubic Ninja but is that all to run GW? Also how much is it to import a Non-XL Eur N3DS to U.S.?
