Set the proxy in one of your browsers and just use that for shady stuff and use your normal browser for gbatemp and junk.

I was going to consider pr0xy but, I don't know how that'd go with my router (cuz as you know, other people in my house use it) and as for TOR. Didn't really want to download new software onto my computer. Also, I'm gonna have to download a list of TOR .onion websites if i pick TOR for an option. As for VPN. Well, Would give it a try but, it may screw around with my router!

pr0xy is what? Unless that's some specific product that works in the router... normal proxies don't need to mess with the router, you can set them per-computer or per-program (for programs like browsers that support standard proxies).

we do have WPA2 we let them use our net as long as they paid us but our isp doesn't care too much about downloading tho

Good to see a bunch of people freaking out because they can't illegally obtain their daily dose of pirated content.

I hardly pirate, my internet speeds are terrible for it. When I do, I'm fairly certain my ISP doesn't care because I somehow always go over my monthly bandwidth limit and have to pay them $10 for 10GB more. So now I'll just have to actually watch TV or record stuff I want to see instead of pirating it, cuz I only ever pirate TV shows I'm too lazy to tune into every week. OH NO THE HORROR.

in the US it makes no difference whether you own the physical media or not. copyright holders hold the rights to any and all duplication except that which is allowed via Fair Use.
