Gaming Shin Megami Tensei IV Apocalypse DLC

So, i downloaded a .cia of complete DLC and when i go to "add-on content" in game, show up "received" in all stuff and i enter in the game, but the DLC do not appear.
What i need to do?

How far are you in the game? You have to be able to get sidequests first before you can access dlc.
