I have tested this myself.

1. Download this
2. Open multiman; in settings, enable dev_flash
3. Connect your PS3 with ftp client (filezilla)
4. Backup /dev_blind/data/cert/CA27.cer and replace it with the one in the archive
5. Disable dev_flash
6. Run f***psn
7. Configure you ps3's internet connection to manual and put your computer's local IP adress as Primary and secondary address.
8.PLAY ON! (until they block it again)

Well no one has ever got banned so far because you can spoof your console ID so it would make a lot of problems if they did ban someone.

Haven't been able to get this to work. Crashes when I try to load it, some permission denied error. On win7 x64, might have something to do with it. gonna try reinstalling framework 3.5,
