Hacking Question Safest way for 5.1.0

Hi and good morning from germany^^ (sorry for my baaaaad english)

After succesfully hacking my 3ds, 3ds xl, new 3ds, new2dsxl ........ a want continue with my switch
I am on firmware 5.1.0.
Now a want to know what of all the ways is the best and safest to hack my switch to be ready for future backup loads.

There a reports from account banning, battery malfunction and so on..
I dont plan to go online but im a little scared because this is my only switch and i dont want to buy a second^^


And is it safe to play my original games from eshop on a hacked switch?

Only way to hack it is RCM mode + a payload, you'll need a jig or some way to short pins on your joy-con rail.
Battery decalibration issues happen mostly when booting linux into your switch.
No one knows how/when/if Nintendo can or will ban you.

Just to be clear they can't detect rcm, if you don't solder the pins.
Anything else is speculation. We are not sure what will happen with emunand and stuff.
Also current firmwares can't detect hekate booting official firmware (and not even custom)
